Similar to our classic Saucisson Sec, but a little spicier! The Saucisson Sec Piquant is made with a mixture of spices from the South of France that give it a moderate heat.  The Piment D’Espelette, a hot pepper named after the town of Espelette in the French Basque country, is our star spice.
